Better Value

I simply want to keep my retirement/travel blog going and it was going to jump up to about $400+ for the amount of GB and security. That's ridiculous...

for a hobby and way to revisit our travel experiences while also able to share them with family and friends. InterServer seemed so much more reasonable! Switching went well although the time delay at one point between my questions and the answers was frustrating, but that got remedied. So far so good. I am NOT a tech savvy person these days! Looking forward to continuing with InterServer. (Too bad I had just renewed with BlueHost before realizing I was going to need a $200 upgrade + security upgrade! Those are what made me research and discover InterServer!! Glad I did!)

very disappointing experience with InterServer

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.

Great for a month, then the wheels fell off.

When initial setup their support was slow, but excellent. The price was right and I was delighted. I suspect that Xsinor cpanel is a pirated asian ...

copy as there was a period where cpanel errors abounded causing lock-out, and other customer reviews reported they had brought pirated copies from Xsinor. There were several outages and towards the end of month I brought this to attention of support staff who argued that all was OK, even though my sites uptime robot was monitoring both my sites, their main one and I was maintaining my sites they all went down in unison, several times. Xsinors top plan (unlimited everything), I had an Owncloud server and backup files. The Owncloud is for my own personal use similar to dropbox. The backup files were backups of previous timeframes and about 20Gb in total. Without any notice they deleted everything in backups and Owncloud. This was important stuff to me. Now backups are irretrievable. I would not have minded if they had given me notice and opportunity to sort it first. Ive closed my account. Xsinor refunded the months payment. They dont seem to understand its important to give the customer a chance.
