r my game server and VPN setup. Ordering was simple, but full provisioning took 2 days with the custom tweaks I requested—worth it though, as they handled all managed aspects. Server's been bulletproof: CPU maintains clocks under sustained 80% load, plenty of RAM for VMs, SSD is reliable for quick boots/logs, and the copper port delivers consistent 1Gbps with low jitter to APAC. Had a midnight issue with firewall rules; support was online 24/7, walked me through it remotely. No complaints now that it's humming.

d because apparently they "couldn't verify my identity". They never asked for any verification documents but simply canceled the service. Had to chargeback through my credit card since they did in fact charge me for service they never provided. Refused to elaborate or try and resolve the issue
