Better Value

I simply want to keep my retirement/travel blog going and it was going to jump up to about $400+ for the amount of GB and security. That's ridiculous...

for a hobby and way to revisit our travel experiences while also able to share them with family and friends. InterServer seemed so much more reasonable! Switching went well although the time delay at one point between my questions and the answers was frustrating, but that got remedied. So far so good. I am NOT a tech savvy person these days! Looking forward to continuing with InterServer. (Too bad I had just renewed with BlueHost before realizing I was going to need a $200 upgrade + security upgrade! Those are what made me research and discover InterServer!! Glad I did!)

very disappointing experience with InterServer

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.

Webmasters are incompetent and dishonest. Avoid this ISP

Primary domain name was INCLUDED with hosting and for several years all I recieved was notice to renew and they renewed the domain name automatically....

They sent a renewal 10/01/19 as usual and I renewed. Suddenly and with NO NOTICE and NO WARNING the put the domain name into redemption status and my site and Email stopped working. They are blaming me for not renewing the domain name! I asked why they gave NO NOTICE and they claimed they had so it MUST be MY fault for not keeping the info up to date. The info has NOT changes once in the YEARS I used Webmasters and they had no problem sending the notice to renew hosting. They screwed up and refuse to take responsibility. I now have to pay $150 for them to 'try' to get the domain name back. If they make a mistake and own it and fix it, I have no problem, but them to make excuses and flat out LIE about it is just unacceptable. Avoid this place!
