But for that to work, the service has to be good and people need to want to stay. Hosting.com removed this option and doesn’t honor the conditions that were in place when I paid upfront. They refuse to return my money — I’m basically a hostage of this disastrous company. They keep charging me for a service that is no longer the same, and they take no responsibility for anything.
