In addition, these are issues which are a downside to hosting with HostForLife: 1.Email storage is extremely limited (200mb for all accounts on the cheapest plan to 1000mb on the most expensive plan). 2.Watch out for hidden fees for signing up or changing plans. 3.Support staff are not able to help with anything but the simplest of issues (like the inability to answer the question on the correct connection string for the MariaDB database when your database is actually MySQL). 4.The cost of Website Domain Names and Privacy protection is extremely high. 5.There is no option for a month-to-month hosting plan, so you have to commit to 6 months or more from the outset. 6.When cancelling, you have to give a minimum of 10 days notice before your plan renews and they will terminate your hosting as soon as they process your request as per the terms of the agreement, leaving you out of pocket for up to 10 days of hosting. On the plus side: 1.HostForLife prices are somewhat reasonable if you commit to a 3 year contract. 2.The use of cPanel makes managing your website simple. 3.HostForLife offers hosting on European based servers.
