Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding

Na aanvankelijke problemen met de domeinadministratie kan ik zeggen dat ik sinds geruime tijd probleemloos gebruik maak van de (shared) hostindiensten...

van Arvixe. Kosten zijn aanmerkelijk lager dan bij Nederlandse hostingdiensten. In het Personal Pro-pakket kan ik een onbeperkt aantal websites hosten evenals een onbeperkt aantal MS-SQL databases. Inmiddels zijn de kosten van nl-domeinen ook in Nederland lager dan voordien. De meeste domeinen heb ik dan ook via bij Nederlandse bedrijven geregistreerd, maar voor de websitehosting is dat niet relevant.

p and fingers crossed. I have been got out of bed at 2am to sort an email crisis for a client of 20 years standing, but not for a £10 annual domain name purchase...

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.

month and it went up to £10 a month. I advise staying away from this company Please accept this as notice we will end your hosting subscription in 7 days (30th December 2019). We will ensure that you are refunded in full any remaining time on your hosting service and our support team will provide backups of your data if you require them, to ease your transition to another hosting provider.
