Stay Away, Extremely Disappointing Service and Support I recently upgraded to a higher-tier VPS with Contabo, expecting better performance. Instead, the new VPS was significantly slower, taking about 15-30 seconds to load a page. Any delay costs money, and despite multiple emails and calls, it took 5 days for support to respond and migrate the server. By then, I had already moved to a new provider due to commercial losses. Contabo's refusal to issue a partial refund for their admitted failure is unacceptable. They clearly care more about money than customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Well, I have been going through the mail exchanges as well and it appears that, following your complaint regarding 'steal' noticed on your VPS 4 SSD (45.92.9.94), your server was migrated to another host system with ample resources. The pity is that we have obviously been a little bit too late with this solution, as you had decided - maybe a little bit overhasty - to change suppliers. We are really sorry that we have possibly overstressed your patience.
Regarding a refund, yes - as much as we regret to say - in fact this is not what is granted to commercial clients. The right of revocation is exclusively reserved to private consumers. But NetXZ is very obviously a commercial entity and also registered as such.
So please understand that we do not have any room for other decisions. It just would not be fair against thousands of customers with equal demands.
