enced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service. It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat. Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly. Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

Excellence, rien de moins

aine de responsabilité. Ils viennent juste de m'aider à mettre au point la mise à niveau vers Moodle 4.2, ce qui impliquait pas mal de difficultés. Nécessité de passer à php 8.0 et d'installer une version bêta du service XMLRPC qu'ils ont dû tweaker car il n'est plus natif à PHP 8.0 mais nécessaire à la mise à jour de Moodle. Et ainsi de suite..des conseils sur la mise à jour de MariaDB, etc.. Quelques heures d'échanges avec des techniciens niveau 1, 2 et 3. Merci encore à Marc-André, Jason, Nick et tous ceux que j'oublie.

Technical people incompetent

After hosting email and a flat HTML site for years, a small orange degraded to such a point that the service was unusable. For almost two years, the t...

echnical people could not figure out how to keep (individually addressed) email from being recognized as spam by yahoo and aol. The response by support was fast but that does not good if they cannot fix problems. Something happened to the company management that allows this to happen. I am so happy with ultrawebhosting and cannot believe we did not switch sooner.

Great support, less features

Mail and acces to website should be the the main services that this provider must give to the customers. They do, but when problems appear, "sadly it'...

s like this on shared servers, we can't do anything". So if you want solutions, they propose you to get a Hybrid or dedicated server. Like saying "we give you a service, but it's not 100% sure it will work". Especially with the new custom made software called "N0C", a proprietary software that Planet Hoster test on his live clients. Mails are blocked, sites are blocked. They have a sort of Captcha to unlock yourself, but that thingy was not tested and it's not working, so infinite Captcha displayed. Bad experience, that I don't want to repeat, not for me, not for my clients. It was OK 10 years ago, now, the costs must be too big for actual number of customers, so "some must go". I don't mind paying more for a great service, thay know to do it since they were doing that in the past.
