| Laatste negatieve beoordeling |  Horrible Support Javad Ebrahimpour, My feedback is that your service / support is too poor, which I will publish as my review, more than a year ago I moved from another one to IONOS for a better price and when needed help realized the mistake I did so I am movi... Meer ng back to the previous one, paying a bit more expensive but I have the standard support. It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. I have read comments on different platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc) and I am not the only one disappointed! So something is very wrong with your support team. Benji Mamber, After completeing the changeover of all our processes onto a securerack VM, in less than 6 months we received an email from SR informing us that we have a couple of months to move to a new service because the service will be ... Meer discontinued. Not to mention the outages we experienced - which are never explained! Here is the email: Dear Sir or Madam For strategic reasons, our company decided to retreat from cloud service. Therefore, our cloud services «SecureRack vDatacenter» will be terminated by March 31st, 2017. Please make sure to backup or transfer your data to alternative servers by then. We recommend the comparison portal www.cloudorado.com which provides a vast overview of cloud service offers. As from January 1st, 2017, it will no longer be possible to place new «SecureRack vDatacenter» orders. Existing services are still available free of charge until March 31st, 2017. We recommend you to transfer your data as soon as possible, as all data and servers will be deleted irrevocably on March 31st, 2017.
