The chat takes too long to be attended hold sometimes over 10 minutes. The chat persons are unfriendly, not very competent, not willing to help. One t...

old me straight away to look in the tutorials and to get practice by using the tutorial. The cPanel is hard to learn, you need to do a lot of research. Not for beginners. Although much better than HostGator, after 5 weeks of nightmares (still not working properly) with HostGator I switched to InMotion within one day my four websites were running at InMotion.

o maintain a 99.9% uptime, which is very far from the truth. I suffered downtimes that lasted for 18 hrs. Very much not recommended.
