I've used WholesaleInternet in the past. I always used the 'Instant Dedi Service' and from that I always had a bad hard drive...

here and there and it would get resolved. One thing that I wish they provided was a backup service. I way of offloading your information so that you can restore your server easily, however they will plug in your old drive and allow you to copy the needed files and there support is very fast. One thing to note is there support is hardware only! This is an unmanaged service so don't expect to get the answer you're looking for if something isnt working the way you like.

I now use there custom dedi service and it is much better! They provide on the go upgrades and everything. I've been a customer for over 6 months and have not experienced many problem thus far. I felt a need to post a review since all I keep seeing is bad reviews. I've had nothing but a good experience with Wholesale Internet. Thanks. |

is means that if your agent is busy you have to rely on hope that someone else will see that your agent hasn't responded for a while and will intervene. Of course, they act like they have zero context and approach your issue like it's the first 1&1 have heard of it.

They also do this thing where the only available support option is to call them up on the telephone. Ocassionally you can do live support chat but only if your individual agent is available. Of course, the one time out of possibly 50 I have got through the agent didn't respond for 10 minutes so my attention went elsewhere and when she eventually did respond I wasn't paying attention so she closed the issue as solved (without solving it). That is the running theme.. I have had the same issue for weeks and I just go around and around in circles trying to solve it with different people. The issue stems from where I was told I could upgrade from one account to another and they would handle the transfer. They didn't and then wanted to charge me to do the upgrade. Fortunately I had saved the chat log but even then they have still not resolved the issue and I remain paying for both services. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are totally useless. |
