As a customer of using your service for more than 2 month, I can guarantee that the review above is true, and honest. Moreover, I am not double posting reviews, I was updating the review because there is changing behaviour on the service provide during the 2 month usage.
I do understand my service is under shared bandwidth.
However, my server never gets faster than 10mbps which shows that the network bandwidth is capped on 10mbps. If you say that 1 person uses less bandwidth then the network will get faster, but I never get more than 10mbps for 2 months and every single day. I also have an automated speed testing script going on to do a network test time to time and it all shows the same result, indeed the 100mbps bandwidth that you claim was shared is not true. If the bandwidth was shared, the network test will show that there is times that the network bandwidth goes faster, and slower at some point, however it was all a solid bandwidth of 8mbps - 9.9mbps result not more than that, not less than that, standard. I have however reach out to your technical team numerous of time for the packet lost issue that occurs randomly but the problem is not fix.
For the root login case, the system is running on openvz, so it was on a default that your backend/node can see through the hosted files / root login. I have logged there was a root command from node without my permission, making me feel unsafe about the environment, although overall the admin didn't do modifications to the file, nor copying it out of the systems.
