Hi Hamza, Ok now I understand the reason that we couldn't find you as a customer. Our system is removing all data of persons/customers data (because of GDPR) that has not any active service, that was the reason that I couldn't find you as a customer in our system. As I can see the order was marked as possible fraud and yes, we didn't receive your Bitcoin payment in the first 4 days because of a problem with the Bitcoin provider (Now we are working with a better one, CoinPayments) we were working with at that moment. After that long waiting you have requested sus to refund and we have refunded the payment to your PayPal account.
