I've been dealing with PHPnet for the past 6 months whilst sourcing more hardware for their EU operations due to the high demand they are seeing. Their customer service is great and they ensure only the best hardware is available for their customers. PHPnet are simply great.
I am 100% happy with their entry level hosting package, which is very affordable and still works great. I just run a simple personal blog but I am glad to have such good hosting. Best in France IMHO!
I have a dedicated server with PHPNet and am very happy with it. You get a surprisingly high end server for such a low price. You'll be very happy with them if you sign up. The only down side is their control panel isn't too intuitive. This could just be my issue though. You do get used to it and then it isn't too bad.
