Our server has been going down every 2 weeks for the past 2-3 months and I have to call them each time and it took them forever to fix the problem... in the meantime, my whole office can't work and there is no income coming in. The tech support is hard to get hold off, we called them on a Friday, the problem still not fixed by Monday. Horibble ! Cannot depend on this company.

For reasons known only to the gods of the Internet, my email stopped working--which, as a business person who relies on it heavily, is not good situation. I sent an email to Newtek with as much detail as I could provide, and within minutes I received a response from Joey Wilton in Technical Support. He quickly ran a few tests, identified the problem, and had it fixed within 30 minutes, keeping me updated throughout. This is what 'support' means in the term, 'tech support.'
