I have been using Namecheap for 1.5 years and I was not satisfied with their CPU limitations which limited my website's load time. Now I'm so happy as I have personally shifted my website to a Hyper Expert. To be honest, I still haven't contacted their support as I never needed it! Their one year offer has astonished me so much and i am staying with them even after the renewal.
I've been using this host for ~7 months now and they have not let me down one bit. Their support team is on point when you need them. You can meet other HE customers in their Discord guild as well, great community. Hoping HE doesn't lose its touch when it gets big.
Great until they implemented BW caps. $0.01 per GB, ouch. That's $10 a TB!! Most expensive plan (SSD cached) only comes with 4TB for $16.99 double burn.
They implemented this to stop abusers. I'm not sure what you were doing on your instance but yes, bandwidth isn't cheap. They aren't some reseller trying to get your pocket change, this host means business. It would be the same with any other host.
My experience with Hyper Expert is the best experience I had with a hosting company in a long time... They have amazing support! The best thing is how cheap they are!
I've had a Hyper Expert VPS for probably about 4-6 months now and I've been really happy with it. The prices are slightly cheaper than other VPS providers while also providing lots of features such as all their VPS plans using KVM and has IPv6 addresses. It even has some very useful features that I've not seen with many other companies such as the ability to VNC into the server and installing any ISO. I've only experienced 1 uptime issue and even then they were quick to resolve the problem and gave me compensation.
