Setup was fast and easy... database setup is pretty straightforward, ftp is no problem and the site is running flawlessly since I set it up. Hostingsource vps package prices also amazed me. This is not my first web hosting provider and I have to say that hostingsource is pretty good! First of all: prices are really good and fair enough. That is huge advantage for me! Second: their uptime. I've never used specific web sites or tools to measure that, but I have faced no downtime and that is more then enough for me now. Overall I highly recommend their services/

I have been with them for about 11 months now and I've never had a problem with them nor heard any complaints about their hosting service. Every time I received the same quality, prompt, friendly support, and they always made it a breeze to get help. Their prices are very resonable and they are very flexible.
Took a try the VPS. Before taking it I got informed through chat that a deal is refundable If I remain unsatisfied. Ok. I had tried the VPS provided for several days. It's working smoothly though a crucial thing that it's not a residential ip (comes from Cogent Communications)..So, I couldn't get full access to sites I needed. I wanted to cancel VPS and claim refund as it's refundable. Tell me what comes next? I got a responce to my claim telling "We do not offer refunds for Windows 10 server's as they are residential purpose". Ok, that's bullshit. I had asked two times before getting into that the service is refundable and it definetely seemed like they made up an excuse to avoid my cliam. And even If they're right on that policy rule, why whouldn't they tell me about that when I was asking on those 2 times.
On top of that they never responce to my ongoing messages on the same case.
