In my last hosting plan I was not given the amount of time and dedication that my website deserved hence I moved but with HostGator things are different. I just have one doubt but. Why are you guys not available 24/7? Is this a problem for you all? Me and my team call you at IST but still there are problems?
I bought a VPS plan from HostGator India because the brand is widely recognized. I'm satisfied with the fact that it helped me because the operating hours are genuinely correct. Bandwidth is perfect for us, and we can see more customers coming in to read the content of our website and our blogs. We can, in reality, can be satisfied contend with that.
Have to admit that this quality is much better than GoDaddy's VPS. I mean the uptime is incredible and severs don't go down no matter what the time is..I am pretty sure they have a great mechanismto manage all this becasue otherwise it would be very difficult these days.
Plus, support is really down with the guidebook. They know their stuff so well, you can get your queries resolved in minutes and also ..good response time.

For a plan that is so expensive, the performance of the blog I hosted has been good enough. Not entirely a bad proposition but I would say it is good flor bloggers who are starting out. It took me time to monetize the blog site after understanding about digital marketing.
Their support is helpful. No problems with logging into panel or anything as such. Places to improve- uptime, bandwidth, and make your plans cheaper if possible or at least a discount in next year.

VPS service from a kind hosting provider that understands customer grievances
Spending lesser than what I was with other brand on their VPS plan with HostGator India. One key differentiator with Hostgator India was their service and support for my India based customers. I cannot thank them enough for such a lovely and brilliant setup for service which is available at all times.
I asked for a refund for my wordpress hosting purchased minuted ago as I could not find any credentials of the wordpress installed and this is the most idiotic thing that ever happened. They clearly stated that there is no refund. Such a bull shit company.

Quite satisfied with hostgator aa a brand because there is no downtime as such. As a web dev I consider this as one of my top most priorities. Support team is brilliant, technical expertise is great, wanted more storage but then I realised scaling was pissible so yeah, good experience.
