El servicio es muy bueno, soporte siempre esta atento cuando tengo un problema suelen contestarme en cuestión de minutos. Hasta el momento no he tenido problemas con los pagos, si cuidan mucho el tiempo de servicio pero siempre estan para responder cualquier situación.
I have couple of website on Ipage its the best experience i had with them , but one of my client has a website hosed by hostdime , I got i lot of trouble with this hosting company , its very slow and poor support , i dont recommend this hosting to anybody
HostDime's poor customer service and their screwing with my IPTABLES during modifications after the server was turned o
Poor customer response. While doing modifications don't plan on turning off iptables, they screw with you causing disconnects multiple times. I opened a ticket to get them to leave my VPS alone and absoutely NO response. I had to rebuild 3 times and the first 2 rebuilds had to be manually done by HostDime. This is supposed to be automatic. It fails. Its too bad they have no support and don't get back to you when a new customer is having so many issues with them screwing with my iptables on my VPS. They shouldn't be screwing with the VPS once it is turned over to the customer unless requested by the customer.
Terrible support, or lack of! When I did talk to them they were very professional and nice, but you can't get them to respond to you in a reasonable amount of time. They say 24x7, but they do NOT respond, so I challenge them saying they have 24x7 support. I opened the ticket on a Saturday morning after 0700.
