These people play dangerous game with there clients, first few months, they give you good service & support, one you start trusting them & relying on them, they show there real face. Start demanding more money on account of upgradation, if you resist they shut your services and make you hostile for the data backup. So you have to pay them as per there wishes. Once you pay, again will give a month or so, and again the same drama will start, server crash, no response to you calls, no response to you mails or tickets, in short you have to wind up the setup & suicide.
So the choice is your, either be a slave or just put some extra bucks and go for some reliable solution provider.
